Design-Build Process

  • In-Home Design Consultation

    Perry Brothers Construction is known for efficiently helping all our clients in achieving their visions for their homes. This is done by having our free in-home design consultation, wherein we discuss and learn about your overall ideas and plans for your house. Aside from that, this is also the time to offer cost projections for the overall work that has to be done. Once all expectations are set and things are aligned with your goals, we move to the next phase of the process.

  • Design & Contract Agreement

    This is the conceptual phase where you will be planning on how your homes will be remodeled. Our team of architectural and interior designers will work closely with you to create preliminary layouts that will reflect your needs. We will be preparing detailed floor plans and elevations to help in visualizing your new space. This part of the process will also include having a preliminary budget cost for your project. Once you agree with design and budget cost, we will provide you with a detailed contract and payment schedule. Upon signing the contract, we will then move to the permitting process. 

  • Obtaining Building Permits

    Once you approve the design and budget for this project, we ensure that you can have peace of mind in the work we do. You can trust us in responsibly handling every process throughout the project, which includes that we will be the one to attain all of the important building permits and documents from your city or county municipality.

  • Project Management

    The project will begin once all important documents are acquired. We will have a project manager that is dedicated to overseeing the overall construction services throughout its period and keep you informed on its progress. Before beginning to remodel your house, a meeting with the Owner and Project Manager will be held to review the project logistics and address any other concerns.

  • Life During Construction

    As most of our clients remain to live in their homes during the construction process, we take every possible measure in ensuring that we are unobtrusive and respectful to you at all times. We will install critical barriers to isolate construction from the rest of the house and protect all flooring and furnishings. Also, we will have a negative air machine on site during demo phases to minimize dust to other areas.

  • Project Completion

    Satisfying our clients is our company’s main goal. This is why before we complete a remodeling project, you will walk through your home with your project manager. This will allow you to see the quality of our work, as well as address all concerns you have before finishing the process.
